How we work
No accounts, no carts: instant prices, online design and a person behind it.
On every product you see the price instantly, design online or upload your file, and place the order. From there a person walks with you to delivery. This is how it works.
The six steps
- 1 · Configure and order
- On the product page you pick options and quantity and see the price instantly. Design online, upload your file or leave it to us, and send the order with your name and contact. Something not in the calculator? Ask through the form and we quote it by hand.
- 2 · Confirmation in writing
- You get an email with your reference right away and, during working hours, we confirm price and delivery date, usually within a few hours. What we say is what you pay.
- 3 · Your file, your online design or ours
- Got the design? Send it over (we explain how below). Don't have one? Design it yourself with the online editor on every product page, already at the right size, or we create it with you, with a separate design quote before we start.
- 4 · Free check + digital proof
- We check your file for free: bleed, resolution, colours, text too close to the edge. If anything could go wrong, we warn you first. Then you receive a digital proof, and nothing gets printed without your sign-off.
- 5 · Printing
- Off to press. We let you know when your order is underway and when it ships.
- 6 · Delivery or installation
- To your business or home, from Dénia and beyond; delivery is free. Signage and vinyl we install ourselves, quoted upfront.
How to send us your file
If you're sending your own design, this is what works first time. Unsure about something? Send it as it is and we'll check it for free.
- Format
- PDF at actual size. We also accept high-quality JPG or PNG for simple products.
- Bleed
- 3 mm on every side: the background must continue 3 mm beyond the trim edge.
- Safe margin
- Text and logos at least 3 mm from the trim edge.
- Resolution
- 300 dpi at actual size. For banners and large format, 100–150 dpi is enough.
- Colour
- CMYK. If you send RGB we convert it and let you know if any colour shifts noticeably.
- Fonts
- Embedded in the PDF or converted to outlines.
