Privacy policy

1. Controller

The data controller is Denia Print (details above). For any question about your data, write to us at [email protected].

2. What data we process

The data you give us when you order or ask for a quote: name, email, phone, delivery address, company and, if you add it in your customer area, your tax ID (NIF). If you save a design in the online editor and ask for the link by email, we use your email only to send you that link and one reminder.

Your order and what you send us: products, files, designs made with the online editor, the proof and your response, and the messages you write to us.

If you use the chat with Deni: your questions and its answers, without your IP or any identifier, and with email addresses, phone numbers and IBANs removed.

Technical data: your IP address is used for a few minutes to prevent abuse (submission limits) and is stored with the files you upload, so that abuse can be detected, until they are deleted. Visitor statistics are anonymous and aggregated: page, language and country, without IP or cookies.

3. Purposes and legal basis

Preparing your quote, producing and delivering your order, and talking to you about it (basis: contract or pre-contractual steps at your request).

Sending you the service emails: confirmation, status changes, the proof, reminders if your file, your response to the proof or the payment is missing, the link to your order if you ask for it in the chat and, after delivery, a thank-you email that may include a link to leave us a review (basis: contract and legitimate interest; you can ask us not to send them).

If you save a design in the editor and leave us your email: sending you the link to your design and, at most, one reminder (basis: your request and legitimate interest).

Answering in the chat and improving the information on the website based on the questions people ask (basis: legitimate interest).

Meeting legal obligations, such as accounting and tax obligations, and keeping the website secure (basis: legal obligation and legitimate interest).

We do not create profiles or make automated decisions about you, and we do not send advertising.

4. Who we share it with

Only with those we need to provide the service, who process the data on our behalf: Cloudflare (website hosting and storage of orders and files), our email providers (sending and receiving emails), Anthropic (the chat with Deni) and Print.app (the online editor and your designs).

Our production workshops and the carriers receive what they need to print and deliver your order: the files, your name, address and phone number.

Beyond this, only if the law requires us to (for example, to the Agencia Tributaria, the Spanish tax authority). We never sell your data.

5. Transfers outside the EU

Some of these providers are in the United States or have their servers there. Transfers are made with the safeguards of the GDPR: the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework or the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.

6. How long we keep it

Your order data, for as long as you are a customer and afterwards for the time the law requires (accounting and tax obligations, up to 6 years).

Uploaded files that do not become part of an order are deleted after 7 days. Backups, after 60 days. Chat questions, after 90 days. Anonymous statistics, after 400 days.

If you ask us to delete your data, we delete your order, your files and your contact details, except what the law requires us to keep; backups disappear on their own after 60 days.

7. Cookies and storage in your browser

The public website does not use cookies. It stores in your browser only what it needs to work: your cart and the shipping country (local storage) and, while the tab is open, the conversation with Deni and the summary of your order for the thank-you page.

The customer area uses a technical session cookie to keep you logged in. None of these need your consent because they are essential for the service you request.

8. Your rights

You can ask us for access to your data, to correct it, delete it, object to its processing, restrict it or receive it in a portable format. Write to us at [email protected] from the email address you used for your order.

If you believe we are not handling your data properly, you can file a complaint with the Agencia Española de Protección de Datos, the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es).

9. Minors

This website is not aimed at children under 14.

10. Changes

If we change this policy, you will see it here with the date it was updated.
