- A6, A5 or A4, portrait or landscape, or 98 × 210 mm for bar orders

- Duplicate with a yellow, blue, pink, green or white copy; triplicate with yellow and pink, yellow and blue, or blue and pink copies
- Sets
- 25 or 50 sets per pad, glued on the left or at the top, with a board back
- Numbering
- Optional: a running number on every set (not on 98 × 210 mm)
- Quantities
- From 10 to 100 pads
- Full colour on the front; optionally black on the back, for terms or instructions

Are they numbered?
If you want: with the numbering option every set gets a consecutive number (A6, A5 and A4). Tell us which number to start from.
What does the copy look like?
What you write on the white sheet goes through to the sheets below. The design prints in colour on the white sheet and in black on the copies; if it has a background, keep it light so the writing stays readable.
Will you design it?
Yes. Send us a pad you already use or tell us which fields you need (date, customer, items, total, signature) and we will lay it out.
