Frequently asked questions
Which one lasts best outdoors?
Dibond. It is aluminium with a plastic core: it does not rust, does not bend in the heat and keeps its colour for years in the sun. Foamex is cheaper and lighter, but for indoor use.
Does the magnet stay on while driving?
Yes, on smooth, clean steel bodywork it holds at road speed. Take it off to wash the car and now and then to let it dry underneath, so it does not mark the paint. It does not stick to aluminium or fibreglass.
How is the sign hung?
It has four corner holes to screw it to the front of the building or a wall. If you prefer stand-offs or fixing without holes, ask us and we will quote it.
Can you make another size?
Yes. Almost all of them are cut to the size you need. Give us width and height in the form and we will send the price.
