Frequently asked questions
What goes on the placemat?
Whatever guests read while they wait: desserts, coffees, this week's menu, your Instagram or a map of the area for tourists. A puzzle for the kids works too.
90 g or 120 g?
90 g is the usual single-use one. 120 g has more body: it creases less in the terrace breeze and copes better with a dripping glass.
How many should I order?
One per cover per sitting. A 40-cover place with two sittings gets through about 2,500 a month in season.
