Frequently asked questions
What is the difference between the materials?
Canvas is the classic, with a fabric texture and 2 cm edges. Aluminium and acrylic look modern; acrylic has a gloss and a lot of colour depth. Foamex is the lightest and the most affordable.
Is a phone photo good enough?
Yes, a phone from the last few years gives plenty of quality up to 60 × 40 cm. We check every photo before printing and tell you if it would look pixelated.
Does the canvas crop part of the photo?
The edges of the photo wrap around the sides of the frame. Keep about 2 cm around the edge free of faces and text and nothing important is lost.
How do I hang them?
Canvas hangs from a nail or hook by its frame. For aluminium, foamex and acrylic we recommend double-sided mounting tape or a hanging plate: ask and we'll add one.
